1. ORDER PROCESS

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

 

1.2

The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.

 

2. DELIVERY

 

2.1

Delivery charges are incorperated within the pricing structure and estimated timescales may be specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Home-Candles shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

 

3. PAYMENT

 

3.1

We will refund any payment made from your card in the unlikely event that goods are unavailable or if we are unable to fulfill your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

 

4. RETURN POLICY

 

4.1

Please contact Home-Candles before returning any items.

 

4.2

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number and a brief description of your case.

 

4.3

Home-Candles suggests you obtain a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. Home-Candles will make a refund of eligible returns.

 

5. SHIPPING

 

5.1

To return your product, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You should mail your product to: home-candles.co.uk, Leeds, LS15 8NN, 29 Austhorpe View, United Kingdom.

 

5.2

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

6. REFUND POLICY

 

6.1

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

7. PRIVACY POLICY

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

 

7.2

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's IP address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Our store is hosted by One.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
